Join us for an immersive cookie-decorating workshop where acclaimed baker Lisa Edson will guide you through creating elegant, winter wonderland-inspired sugar and gingerbread cookies.
Each attendee will receive hands-on instructions, tricks, and tips for decorating sugar and gingerbread cookies throughout the duration of the workshop. Each attendee will work on 12 cookies in class: 6 gingerbread and 6 sugar cookies. All tools and materials are provided.
The sugar cookies that will be decorated all represent different snowy scenes. Each attendee will learn how to pipe and flood with icing, and they will be challenged with more detailed decorations.
They will also leave with recipes for all cookies and icing, written instructions, practice piping sheet, bagged royal icing, and 12 blank cookies (6 gingerbread and 6 cookies) to decorate at home. One parking voucher for the WAVE Garage will be provided per registrant.
